Cynthia Flynn

Cynthia Flynn joined the firm in 2017 and serves as a paralegal in the firm’s New Jersey real estate department. Prior to joining Asterita & Associates, LLC Attorneys At Law, Ms. Flynn worked in various capacities throughout the real estate industry, including with title companies, mortgage lenders, law firms, as an independent mortgage loan closer and as a HUD Certified Housing Counselor where she assisted homeowners seeking loan modification under HAMP and/or other Government programs. As a Senior Title Officer, Ms. Flynn has provided a variety of key closing services for residential and commercial purchase and refinance transactions and as a mortgage originator Ms. Flynn assisted mortgage borrowers throughout the mortgage loan process, from application through closing.
