Danielle Shamah, Esq.

Danielle Shamah is an attorney licensed to practice law in the States of New Jersey and New York. Ms. Shamah joined Asterita & Associates, LLC in 2024 and primarily handles probate & administration and related litigation matters. Prior to joining our firm, Danielle worked as an associate attorney at a Graubard Miller, a New York law firm where she practiced in the area of corporate law, handling mergers and acquisitions, securities law matters and general corporate law.

Ms. Shamah graduated from St. John’s University in 1994 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Mathematics, and earned her Juris Doctorate in 1997 at St. John’s University School of Law.
