Joseph A. D’Urso III, Esq.

Joseph A. D’Urso, III is an attorney licensed to practice law in the States of New Jersey, New York and Connecticut , and is admitted to practice before the United States District Court of New Jersey. Prior to joining our firm Joseph worked as an associate attorney in private practice at New York and New Jersey law firms where he handled probate & administration matters as well as wills, trusts and estate planning matters and continues to handle such matters at our firm. Prior to his private practice experience, Joseph clerked for the Honorable Judge Joseph G. Monaghan of the Bergen County Superior Court.

 Joseph graduated from Montclair State University in 2008 with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Business Administration and Hospitality Management and he earned his Juris Doctorate in 2020 from the Widener University Delaware Law School. He is a member of the Rockland County Bar Association and the Bergen County Bar Association.
